I've read a lot of the positive and negative comments on the TRX, whether or not people are writing bogus reviews, or if there are fake TRX systems out there. I have no idea is mine is fake or not (I am assuming mine is genuine) and I can't vouch for the seller - I purchased mine on Amazon used about a year ago and it still works fine. It came with the Core Strength 1 video and the door anchor. The video is a killer workout for anyone except Spiderman, Superman, or Wonder Woman. I also purchased the Ropes and Straps video six months ago. It's excellent. When I get bored or in a rut, there's hundreds of other routines on YouTube to mix things up. Someday I might try the TRX Kettlebell video. If I ever get to the point where I can't get a thoroughly exhausting workout with this device, I will probably just go out to a parking lot and throw around some cars, though I doub! t I will ever get that strong. Then again...You decide if you should purchase yours on Amazon or the TRX parent site. I have not called customer service, so I have no opinion on that. Some say it's a waste of money. The price seems reasonable to me, but if you think it costs too much, go find another tool for your workouts. Gym memberships are cheap these days and most do not require contracts.
